Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful pair of Victorian sterling silver table or serving spoons, made by David Reid I of Reid & Sons of Newcastle, c-1846 and 1853. The set has been produced in the popular Fiddle Back design, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each spoon features a well executed monogram to the face, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A fine set of mid 19th century sterling silver spoons from a rare English assay office.
Each spoon measures 22.5cm long, with the set weighing in at 151gms unpacked.
