Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Victorian sterling silver butter knife, made by Martin, Hall & Co of Sheffield, c-1857. The knife features a curved blade with bright cut detail and a carved mother of pearl handle, being of good quality throughout. Condition is good used, though the blade has some minor crimping in places (per photos). The piece features a well executed monogram to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. An attractive piece for the collection.
The knife measures 18.5cm long and weighs in at 41gms unpacked.
