Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian set of nine sterling silver dinner forks, made by Chawner & Co under the direction of George William Adams of London, c-1861 (4) and 1862 (5). This wonderful set has been produced in the seldom seen Military Fiddle & Thread design and is of exceptional quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each features a well executed crest to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A very fine set for the collection.
Each fork measures 20.5cm long, with the set weighing in at a generous 821gms unpacked.
