Here today for your consideration we have this superb set of six Victorian sterling silver dinner forks, made by Chawner & Co under the direction of George William Adams of London, c-1863. This flatware has been produced in the popular Queens pattern and is of exceptional quality and gauge. Condition is good used, with damage limited to a couple of mis-shapen tines (easily rectified if desired). The face and verso have delicately erased monograms or crests, with the hallmarks being about 90% overall. A wonderful set for the collection.
Each fork measures about 21.5cm long, with the set having a generous combined weight of 631gms.
