Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian pair of sterling silver salt cellars, made by Robert Harper of London, c-1871. This superb set features bright cut cauldron-shape bases, each being of tri-foot construction with paw/claw detail. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each cellar has three unengraved cartouches, with the hallmarks being about 80% overall. The liners are blue plastic replacements, but are well fitted. A practical set of antique sterling silver for the table.
Each cellar stands 3.5cm tall having a maximum diameter of 6.5cm. The silver weighs in at 130gms
