Here today for your consideration we have this superb Victorian sterling silver demitasse or small tea spoon, made by Hardy Brothers of London, c-1873. The spoon has been produced in the popular Old English Shell design, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with some salt corrosion evident to the bowl (a good polish will enhance presentation). The spoon is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A useful piece of 19th-century English sterling silver for the collection.
