Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian set of six sterling silver entree or dessert forks, made by Francis Higgins II of London, c-1876. The set has been produced in the popular Fiddle, Thread and Shell design, being of exceptional quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each fork features a well executed though fading crest to the face, with the hallmarks about 70% overall (starting to fade). A fine 19th century set of English sterling silver for the collection.
Each fork measures 18cm long, with the set weighing in at an impressive 364gms unpacked.
