Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Victorian sterling silver napkin ring, made by Martin, Hall & Co of London, c-1885. The set is of oval form with bright cut fern detail, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (a few stubborn black spots internally; will benefit from a dedicated polish). The piece features a well executed monogram to one face, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. An attractive piece for the collection.
The ring measures 53mm x 38mm and has a band width of 33mm. Unpacked, it weighs in at 35gms.
