Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Victorian sterling silver christening mug, made by William Hutton & Sons of London, c-1890. The mug features a half-fluted body and plinth base with understated handle, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The mug features a well executed dated monogram to one face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A useful late 19th century English sterling silver mug for the collection.
The piece stands 9cm tall and has a diameter of 6cm at the rim. It has a comfortable capacity of 160mls and weighs in at 101gms unpacked.
