Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian sterling silver trinket box, made by William Comyns & Sons of London, c-1891. The box is of heart shape with half-fluted detail and frilled rims, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (a few minor and discrete depressions here and there, nothing too serious). The lid features a stylish and well executed monogram, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A useful 19th century sterling silver heart-shaped box for the collection.
The box stands 4.5cm tall and measures 9cm x 9cm overall. Unpacked, it weighs in at 98gms.
