Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian sterling silver bachelor tea set, made by William Hutton & Sons Ltd of London, c-1894. The set includes a teapot, sugar bowl and creamer all of matching design and hallmark, being of very good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (the handle may benefit from refinishing but is structurally sound). The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A fine quality late 19th century English silver tea set from an influential London silversmith.
The teapot stands 13cm tall and measures 20cm handle-to-spout. It has a comfortable capacity of 400mls and pours well. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 373gms.
