Here today for your consideration we have this lovely set of four Victorian sterling silver individual butter dishes, made by William Henry Leather of Birmingham, c-1896. The set is of shell design with scalloped rims and ball feet, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall. A useful late 19th century English silver set of small dishes for the collection.
Each dish stands 23mm tall and measures around 48mm x 50mm at the rim. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 36gms.
