Here today for your consideration we have this superb Victorian pair of sterling silver footed bon bon dishes, made in Birmingham, c-1899. Each piece in this matching pair stands atop three ball feet and has a horseshoe shaped bowl of pierced and pressed design, decorated with bows and scrolls. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (a couple of pinpricks here and there). The pieces are free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A detailed clean would enhance the beauty of these pieces, although they are thoroughly lovely as-is. A very attractive pair for the collection.
Each piece stands 2cm tall and measures 9.5cm x 8.5cm at the rim. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 44gms.
