Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Victorian cut glass lidded inkwell, with sterling silver top made by John Clemmens of Birmingham, c-1899. This wonderful piece is in fair used condition throughout, having a few small chips to the glass base (refer photos). The hinge and lid are in good order, and the hallmarks are about 80% overall. An attractive piece for the collection.
The bottle stands 7.5cm tall and diameter of about 5.5cm. Unpacked, it weighs in at 185gms.
