Here today for your consideration we have this lovely late Victorian sterling silver sugar caster, made by Vale Brothers & Sermon of Chester, c-1900. The piece features half-fluted detail throughout with express bow and ribbon detailing, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (minor lean to the finial, per photos). The piece is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall. A beautiful turn of the century English silver caster for the collection.
The caster stands just over 20cm tall and weighs in at a respectable 190gms unpacked.
