Here today for your consideration we have this stunning vintage solid 18ct yellow gold dress ring, featuring a central marquise-cut natural ruby flanked by two colourless marquise-cut cubic zirconia and finally two round-cut natural sapphires, each in quality bezel settings and being of Italian manufacture. The quality is very good, with the ring hallmarked internally and without engraving. The stones have some minor facet wear, with the ruby being included (per photos). A very nice Italian gold ring for the lover of marquise/navette-cut stones.
