Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful vintage solid 9ct yellow gold dress ring, featuring a pearl solitaire in a bypass-style setting, being hallmarked for London, c-1959. The quality is very good, with the ring hallmarked internally and without engraving. The inside of the band also includes what appears to be earlier hallmarks indicating a higher gold carat, but the ring is tested and guaranteed as 9ct gold throughout. A very nice mid-century solid gold ring for the collection.
The pearl has a diameter of 7.5mm, with the band being sized US 6.5, UK M and EU 52. Unpacked, it weighs in at 3.03gms.
