Here today for your consideration we have this superb vintage solid 10ct yellow gold six-panel bracelet, with each panel featuring a black opal doublet with intense colour throughout, c-1968. Each opal is set within and against a frilly ellipse-shape held in an understated rectangular frame, with the quality being very good throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The clasp is in good order, with the bracelet featuring a fixed safety chain for peace of mind. One panel has a shallow inscription to the face, with the back of the clasp hallmarked as per photos. A very good quality bracelet from the estate of a prominent Australian collector.
The bracelet has a linked length of 18cm (7") with the safety chain allowing a total length of 25cm. Each opal cabochon measures 10mm x 6.5mm (total estimated weight of 4.44cts), with the bracelet having a very respectable total weight of 12.67gms.
