Here today for your consideration we have this lovely vintage solid 9ct yellow gold dress ring, made by London maker RJ, c-1976. The ring features a suite of nine (9) round-cut garnets in a two-layer flower setting, being of good proportion. The quality is very good, with the ring hallmarked to the interior of the band and without personal engraving. The garnets are free from damage or table wear, with the claws in good order. A fantastic English solid gold & garnet ring.
The garnets have diameters of 6mm and 3mm and an estimated total weight of 1.19cts. The band is sized a US 8, UK P and EU 56. Unpacked, it weighs in at 3.36gms.
