Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful vintage Britannia-grade sterling silver topped jewellery box, made in London c-1986. The box is of glossed paper exterior with leather interior and domed silver top with mermaid detail, being of good quality throughout. Condition is reasonably good, with some loss to the back of the box from previous taping and a few depressions to the silver lid. The box features a dated presentation to the centre, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. An attractive and useful silver-topped box in high grade sterling silver.
The box measures 9.5cm x 8cm across the top and weighs in at 129gms unpacked.
