Here today for your consideration we have this lovely vintage solid 14ct yellow gold double-strand clasp, featuring a central near-round pearl and four claw-set sapphires. The quality is very good throughout, with the clasp snapping tightly closed and the pearl maintaining a nice lustre. The clasp was designed for a twin strand of pearls, but could be altered for a single or triple strand by adding spacers. Alternatively, a bail could be added and it could be worn as a striking pendant. A versatile solid gold finding for the collection.
