Here today for your consideration we have this lovely vintage solid 18ct yellow gold dress ring, featuring a round-cut natural sapphire with a halo of eight illusion-set genuine diamonds in a white gold setting. The quality is good, with the ring hallmarked internally and without engraving. The sapphire is free from table wear, with one of the white gold leaf-style shoulders detached from the setting but still securely attached to the band (per photos). A genuine vintage sapphire and diamond ring in high carat yellow and white gold.
The sapphire has a diameter of 4mm, with the band being sized US 7.5, UK O and EU 55. Unpacked, it weighs in at 2.79gms.
