Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful vintage or antique 18ct solid yellow gold dress or wedding semi-mount ring, being of round solitaire form with eight-prong mount. Condition is very nice, with no observable damage to note and good lustre throughout. The ring is without engraving and is fully hallmarked to the inside of the band. A very fine unset ring from the estate of a very well known Australian jeweller.
The vacant setting will tolerate a stone measuring approximately 3.5 or 4mm (round cut), with the band being sized US 7, UK N and EU 54. Unpacked, it weighs in at 1.71gms.
