Here today for your consideration we have this superb vintage solid 800-grade gold (19.2ct) dress ring, bearing hallmarks for Porto, Portugal c-1938-1985. This incredible ring features a baguette-cut green spinel with a halo of fourteen (14) oxidised turquoise cabochons and finally two rose-cut diamonds to the shoulders in a fancy band, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The spinel has some minor table wear most visible under a jewellers loupe, with the cabochons nicely toned. The ring is free from engraving, the band hallmarked to the exterior. A fantastic Georgian-style dress ring in solid high-carat European gold.
The spinel measures approximately 8mm x 6mm and has an estimated weight of 2.06cts, with the band being sized a US 7.5, UK O and EU 55. Unpacked, it weighs in at 5.46gms.
